The filters are based on professional competence. There are no filters based on personal characteristics such as age or gender.
The candidate’s name and contact details will appear when they apply for your vacancy.
You’ll see the score, and the reason for it too
A suitability score is calculated for each candidate based on your job advertisement. You will see a detailed breakdown of the criteria that make up the score (language, experience, education, qualifications).
The rating is just a suggestion; the decision is yours.
Scores are calculated with the help of AI and are displayed with the label ‘AI recommendation’.
Documents are verified at source
Degree certificates and academic transcripts may be certified by universities, whilst language certificates may be certified by language courses. Certified documents are marked with a seal.
Your criminal record and medical certificate are examined by authorised verification staff; you will only see the result (‘suitable’).
Conduct the interview on the platform
Conduct a video call via your browser; the candidate does not need to download an app. If you wish, you can add your own Teams or Zoom link.
Call recording is disabled by default; both parties must give their separate consent for it to be enabled.
Work together with your team
Invite your team members and set their permissions. Write your advert in your own language; machine translations will be generated into other languages, but they will not be published without your approval.

Data processing agreement: When opening a corporate account, a standard data processing agreement (DPA/AVV) compliant with the KVKK and the GDPR is signed electronically; your account manager can download a copy from the console.

Verification criteria: Valid commercial register / business registration, an email address associated with the corporate domain name, and confirmation of the authorised representative. For healthcare organisations, the relevant operating licence is required.

Fees are based solely on a commission per successful placement; publishing job adverts, accessing the candidate pool and conducting interviews are free of charge. We will provide a detailed quote tailored to your organisation’s needs during a demo session.
