Get your documents ready now
We do not require all of them to be submitted at the same time. We request each document at the relevant stage of the process, explaining the reason for doing so. Having them ready in advance can speed up the process.
- CV (PDF, DOCX or image: JPG, PNG, HEIC)

Is your language course on the platform? Your course provider can validate your certificate directly.
How well do you match the job adverts?
In each advert, you will see your suitability rated as ‘High’, ‘Medium’ or ‘Low’. Next to it, it will state what is missing in order to improve your suitability.
Example: “To improve your eligibility: attach a B2 language certificate.”
This assessment is merely a recommendation. The employer makes the final decision on recruitment.
Clear information on fees
No fees are charged to candidates for using the platform or for submitting an application. Any third-party costs that may arise during the process, such as official fees, certified translations, equivalence assessments and visas, are your responsibility; each cost will be clearly stated before payment is required at the relevant stage.
No payments are taken via the platform. If you come across anyone asking you for payment on behalf of the platform, please let us know.
Report a suspicious requestYour name will not be visible until you submit your application
Your profile is visible anonymously to verified employers in the CV pool. Your name, telephone number and email address are only shared with that employer when you apply for a vacancy.
Pool visibility is enabled by default. You can disable it with a single click in your profile settings; this will not affect your current applications.
Once your application has been processed, the employer will have access to your details for 6 months.
Security and data pageYou are not alone in this process
When your placement process begins, you will be assigned an adviser by name. You will see who your adviser is and how to contact them on the process screen.
