Data relating to your identity, contact details, education, professional experience and the documents you submit during the application process will be processed.

Your data is processed for the purposes of registration and account management, matching you with suitable job vacancies, managing the application and placement process, verifying documents and fulfilling legal obligations. Data provided via the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and will be deleted within 12 months at the latest. Your CV and any official documents added to your file may also be processed using artificial intelligence (see ‘Processing using artificial intelligence’).

Your data will be shared with the employer advertising the vacancy you have applied for and the relevant official authorities, solely to the extent necessary for the process. For processing by artificial intelligence, your CV and official documents will be transferred to artificial intelligence providers abroad via OpenRouter.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection.

Your CV (for the profile recommendation) and the official documents your advisor has added to your file (for the Turkish summary) are processed using artificial intelligence. The document is sent to overseas providers (Google, Mistral) via OpenRouter; for each request, it is stipulated that the document must not be stored and must not be used in model training. The results are for guidance only; they will not be used without your or your adviser’s approval. Date of birth, gender, nationality and photograph are not used in this process. By registering, you agree to this process. If you do not agree, disable the ‘Processing with artificial intelligence’ option on the ‘Privacy and my data’ screen before uploading your CV; whilst this option is disabled, none of your documents will be sent to the artificial intelligence system.
