Who holds your data, and for how long?
We explain everything clearly: who can see what, where each document is stored, and when it is deleted.
Who sees what?
- Your profile is anonymous in the pool; your name, telephone number and email address are not visible.
- Only the employer of the job advert you have applied for will be able to view your contact details.
- Only authorised verification staff examine the criminal record and medical report; the employer sees only the ‘suitable’ result.
Where is it kept?
- The documents are stored within the European Union and all access is logged.
- Sensitive documents (criminal records, medical reports) are deleted within 30 days at the latest.
- Once the application has been finalised, the employer’s access remains valid for 6 months.

- You can hide the pool view with a single click.
- Protect your account with two-step verification.
- You may submit requests to access and delete your data.
